In general, I found everyone who assisted me to be attentive and friendly, very attentive and helpful. I bought a vintage charger and to clear up my doubt that if it would work on my laptop, they tried it and it fits! Yes I come back! Parts of the equipment can be left for recycling!

Bad attention. I brought my cell phone and they charged me for “maintenance” instead of a diagnosis, which is what was needed. I paid everything to be told that my iPhone 13 Pro Max was out of repair. I don't know if it was because they charged more or because they were lazy. But I took it to another store and they fixed it for me. It was simply the screen that I had told you about from the beginning. WORST STORE IN MTY.

Terrible place to buy Apple products. Half a month ago I bought a new cell phone and as the days went by I realized that the upper part of the screen was separated from the frame for which I went to the store to be offered factory default alternatives and they simply told me no. They could not change the product or make a return since 14 days had passed since they had the product. I decided to contact technical support directly and they told me that the store would have to solve it... in short, they didn't help me.

It is the worst store in all of Monterrey, its employees are disastrous, I had the worst experience of my life, a bitter moment but what can be done if that is what they live for, to be simple lads who from there won't go beyond earning $500 a fortnight, I hope Renew the staff... I will never return to that branch of my life in my life...
